Gregory Waters has served as a member of our Board since June 2018. He has also served as the president and CEO and a member of the board of directors of Integrated Device Technology, Inc., a company that designs, manufactures, and markets low-power, high-performance analog mixed-signal semiconductor solutions for the advanced communications, computing, and consumer industries, since January 2014.
